Windy Gap Family Camp

Get ready for an exciting weekend of family fun and adventure at beautiful Windy Gap! Nestled in the mountains outside of Asheville, Windy Gap boasts a brand-new dining hall, a state-of-the-art ropes course, a game room, frisbee golf course, basketball courts, and more! For those who want to brave the late-spring chill, waterfront activities will also be open. Plus, you can't forget a weekend of Young Life Clubs and more surprises along the way!

WHERE: Windy Gap Young Life Camp, 120 Coles Cove Rd, Weaverville NC

WHEN: April 25-27, 2025

COST: Adults $185, Kids 3-11 $95, Kids 0-2 FREE. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to save your spot. Final payment due upon departure. All Payments Non-refundable after March 31st.

TRAVEL: Families should plan to arrive at camp by 7:00 pm on Friday, April 25th and can plan on departing camp at 11:00 am on Sunday, April 27th.

HOUSING: Housing is split by gender and city, For example, Wilmington moms and daughters will share a bunk room with other Wilmington moms and daughters. Each bunk room has an in-room sinks and shower, plus a nearby bathroom shared with the other bunkrooms in your building that has additional toilets and showers. A limited number of special housing accommodations are available for families who need it (i.e. newborns, families coming with only one parent, and other circumstances). While we cannot guarantee special housing, we would love to find a way to make camp work for you and your family. Please don't hesitate to email the office with special housing requests!

The registration for Adult #1 is where you enter initial details for everyone in the family. This ensures you only have one payment link for all members of the family.
You will then register Adult #2 and each child on the following registration options. Each of these only requires basic information. This ensures a health form link is created for each family member.
